مَلعُونٌ مَنْ
ضَارَّ مُؤْمِنَاً أوْ مَكَرَ بِهِ.
(430)
Damned is
the one who bothers a believer or plots against him.
مَنْ حَكَمَ
بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ تَحَاكَمَا إلَيْهِ فَلَمْ يَقْضِ بَيْنَهُمَا بِالْحَقِّ
فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ.
(431) Damned is the one who does not issue
true judgment between two persons choosing him as a judge.
مَلْعُوْنٌ
مَنْ سَبَّ أبَاهُ، مَلْعُوْنٌ مَنْ سَبَّ أُمَّهُ.
(432) Damned is the one who insults his
father and mother.
مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ
أَلْقَى كَلَّهُ عَلى النَّاسِ.
(433) Damned is the one who shoulders all his
responsibility on others.
قَالَ داوُودُ:
يَا زَارِعَ السَّيِّئَاتِ أنْتَ تَحْصُدُ شَوْكَهَ.
(434) David said: O you who have planted
evil, you’ll harvest its thorns.
قَالَ داوُودُ:
اِدْخَالُكَ يَدَكَ في فَمِ التِّنِيْنِ إلى أنْ تَبْلُغَ المِرْفَقَ
فَيَقْصِمُهَا خَيْرٌ لَكَ مِنْ أنْ تَسْأَلَ مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ شَيْءٌ
ثُمَّ كَانَ.
(435) David said: putting your arm up to the
elbow in the mouth of a dragon to smash it to pieces is better than making a
request to upstarts.
ما المَوْتُ
فِيْما بَعْدَهُ
إلاّ كَنَطْحَةِ
عَنْزٍ
(436) Death compared to its aftermath is like unto a goat’s butting.
تُحْفَةُ المُؤْمِنِ المَوْتُ.
(437) Death is a gift for believers.
المَوْتُ كَفَّارَةٌ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ وَمُسْلِمَةٍ.
(438) Death is the expiation (of sins) for all Muslim men and women.
مَوْتُ الغَرِيْبِ شَهَادَةٌ.
(439) Death of a lonely person is martyrdom.
الدَّيْنُ هَمٌّ بِاللَّيْلِ وَمَذَلَّةٌ بِالنَّهَارِ.
(440) Debt causes day’s abasement and night’s grief.
الدَّيْنُ يَنْقُصُ مِنَ الدِّيْنِ وَالحَسَبِ.
(441) Debt causes defect in one’s faith and descent.
الدَّيْنُ شَيْنُ الدِّيْنِ.
(442) Debt defiles one’s faith.
الدَّيْنُ رَايَةُ اللَّهِ في الأرْضِ فَاِذا أَرَادَ أنْ يُذِلَّ عَبْدَاً
وَضَعَهَا في عُنُقِهِ.
(443) Debt is God’s banner on earth, which He puts on the shoulder of
the one he wishes to abase.
كَفَى اِثْمَاً أنْ تَحْبِسَ عَمَّنْ تَمْلِكُ قُوْتَهُ.
(444) Declining your subjects’ daily bread suffices to make of you a
sinner.
اَلمَعَكُ طَرَفٌ مِنَ الظُّلْمِ.
(445) Delay in the payment of debt is a form of injustice.
ثَلاثٌ لا تُؤَخِّرُوْهُنَّ: الصَّلاةُ اِذا أَتَتْ؛ وَالجِنَازَةُ اِذا
حَضَرَتْ؛ وَالاَيِّمُ اِذا وَجَدَتْ كُفْؤَاً.
(446) Delay in three things is not allowed: setting prayers in due
time, carrying a dead body (for burial) as soon as possible, and marrying a
widow to someone equal in status with her.
مَنْ لَمْ يَقْبَلِ العُذْرَ مِنْ مُتَنَصِّلٍ صَادِقَاً كَانَ أوْ كَاذِبَاً
لَمْ يَنَلْ شَفَاعَتِي.
(447) Deprived from my intercession will be the one who does not
accept someone’s sincere or insincere apology.
(448) Descent is (like unto) wealth.
الدَّنَانِيْرُ وَالدَّرَاهِمُ خَوَاتِيْمُ اللَّهِ في أرْضِهِ، مَنْ جَاءَ
بِخَاتَمِ مَوْلاهُ قُضِيَتْ حَاجَتُهُ.
(449) Dinars and Dirhams are seals of God on the earth, and the
requests of whoever delivers his Master’s seals to Him will be granted.
المَرَضُ سَوْطُ اللَّهِ في الأرْضِ؛ يُؤَدِّبُ بِهِ عِبَادَهُ.
(450) Diseases are God’s whips on the earth for the correction of
people.
اِشْتَدَّ غَضَبُ اللَّهِ عَلى مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّهُ مَلِكُ الأمْلاكِ؛ لا مَلِكَ
اِلاّ اللَّهُ.
(451) Divine anger is so severe for the one who regards himself the
lord of lords, (for) there is no lord but the Lord (God).
اِشْتَدَّ غَضَبُ اللَّهِ عَلى مَنْ ظَلَمَ مَنْ لا يَجِدُ نَاصِرَاً غَيْرَ
اللَّهِ
(452) Divine wrath is so severe for the one who oppresses those who
have no helper save God.
ما أحَلَّ اللَّهُ شَيْئَاً أبْغَضُ إلَيْهِ مِنَ الطَّلاقِ.
(453) Divorce is the most despised thing God has declared lawful.
أَبْغَضُ الْحَلالِ اِلَى اللَّهِ الطَّلاقُ.
(454) Divorce is the most hateful (of all) lawful things to God.
عَلَيْكُمْ بِالسِّوَاكِ، فَنِعْمَ الشَيْءُ السِّوَاكُ؛ يَشُدُّ اللَّثَّةَ،
ويَذْهَبُ بِالبَخَرِ، وَيُصْلِحُ المِعْدَةَ، وَيَزِيْدُ في دَرَجَاتِ
الجَنَّةِ، وَيُرْضِي الرَّبَّ، وَيُسْخِطُ الشَّيْطَانَ.
(455) Do brush your teeth, for a very good practice it is! It
strengthens (your) gum, wipes out stink from (your) mouth, refreshes (your)
stomach, elevates (your) status in Paradise, and makes God pleased and
Satan furious.
عَلَيْكُمْ بِالسِّوَاكِ فَانَّهُ مَطْيَبَةٌ لِلْفَمِ مَرْضَاةٌ لِلرَّبِّ.
(456) Do brush your teeth, for it’s the cause of mouth
purification and divine satisfaction.
عَلَيْكَ بِتَقْوَى اللَّهِ؛ فَإِنَّهَا جِمَاعُ كُلِّ خَيْرٍ.
(457) Do fear God, for it’s the origin of all the good.
عَلَيْكَ بِتَقْوَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مَا اسْتَطَعْتَ، وَاذْكُرِ اللَّهَ
عِنْدَ كُلِّ حَجَرٍ وَشَجَرٍ، وَاِذا عَمِلْتَ سَيِّئَةً فَأَحْدِثْ عِنْدَهَا
تَوْبَةً، السِّرُّ بِالسِّرِّ وَالعَلانِيَةُ بِالعَلانِيَةِ.
(458) Do fear God, the Greatest and the most Powerful, and
remember Him in all cases. When you commit an evil deed, do repent instantly
-- a covert repentance for a covert sin, and an overt repentance for an
overt sin.
اِذا أَسَأْتَ فَأَحْسِنْ.
(459) Do good immediately after doing wrong.
اِصْنَعِ الْمَعْرُوفَ اِلى مَنْ هُوَ أَهْلُهُ وَاِلى غَيْرِ أَهْلِهِ فَاِنْ
أَصَبْتَ أَهْلَهُ أَصَبْتَ أَهْلَهُ؛ وَاِنْ لَمْ تُصِبْ أَهْلَهُ كُنْتَ
أَنْتَ أَهْلَهُ.
(460) Do good to those who deserve it and those who
do not, for if your goodness the former receive, it would be quite
appropriate; otherwise, you yourself will be the receiver of it.
خُذُوا عَلى أيْدِي سُفَهَائِكُمْ.
(461) Do not allow your silly ones rule over you.
لا تَسْأَلِ النَّاسَ شَيْئاً وَلا سَوْطَكَ إنْ سَقَطَ مِنْكَ حَتَّى تَنْزِلَ
إليْهِ فَتَأْخُذَهُ.
(462) Do not ask people for anything.Should your scourge fall down,
bend and take it up and do not ask others to do so.
لا تَغْتابُوا المُسْلِمينَ وَلا تَتَّبِعُوا عَوْرَاتِهِمْ.
(463) Do not backbite Muslims and do not try to discover their
faults.
لا تُصاحِبْ إلاّ مُؤْمِناً وَلا يَأْكُلْ طَعَامَكَ إلاّ تَقِىٌّ.
(464) Do not be a company but to believers, and do not share your
meal save with the pious.
لا تَصْحَبَنَّ أحداً لا يَرى لَكَ كَمِثْلَ ما تَرى لَهُ.
(465) Do not be a company to the one who does not regard you of
equal status with him.
لا يُعْجِبُكُمْ اِسْلامُ رَجُلٍ حَتَّى تَعْلَمُوا كُنْهَ عَقْلِهِ.
(466) Do not be amazed at anybody’s being a Muslim; rather (try to)
know the essence of his/her thought.
لا تُعْجِبُوا بِعَمَلِ عَامِلٍ حَتَّى تَنْظُرُوا بِمَ يُخْتَمُ لَهُ.
(467) Do not be amazed at anybody’s state of affairs; rather, (wait
to) see its end.
لا تُمارِ أخَاكَ وَلا تُمازِحْهُ وَلا تَعِدْهُ فَتُخْلِفَهُ.
(468) Do not be contentious to your brothers (in faith), do not make
fun of them, and do not break your promises (in respect to them).
لا تَكُنْ مِمَّنْ يَشُدُّ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَيُخَفِّفُ عَلى نَفْسِهِ.
(469) Do not be easy-going to yourself, but hard on people.
لا تُكْثِرْ هَمَّكَ؛ ما قُدِّرَ يَكُنْ وَما تُرْزَقْ يَأْتِكَ.
(470) Do not be in gross grief, for your due sustenance and whatever
is destined for you will surely come to pass.
لا تَحاسَدُوا وَلا تَناجَشُوا وَلا تَباغَضُوا وَلا تَدَابَرُوا وَكُونُوا
عِبادَ اللَّهِ اِخْواناً وَلا تَكُونُوا عَيَّابينَ وَلا مَدَّاحينَ وَلا
طَعَّانِينَ.
(471) Do not be jealous, do not raise prices(in business bargains),
do not hate one another, and do not turn your backs to each other.Be
brothers to God’s servants, do not find fault with, admire or
speak ironically to others.
لا تَضرِبُوا اِماءَكُمْ عَلى كَسْرِ اِنائِكُمْ؛ فَإِنَّ لَها أجَلاً كآجالِ
النَّاسِ.
(472) Do not beat your bondswomen for breaking your bowls, for bowls
are surely destined to die just as people do.
لا تُظْهِرِ الشَّماتَةَ لاَخِيكَ فَيُعافِيهِ اللَّهُ وَيَبْتَلِيكَ.
(473) Do not blame your brother (in faith), for God (may) keep him
safe but make you suffer.
لا تَحْقِرَنَّ مِنَ المَعْروفِ شَيْئاً وَلا تُواعِدْ عَلى أخيكَ مَوْعِدًا
فَتُخْلِفَهُ.
(474) Do not consider any good deed as insignificant, and do not
break it when you promise your brother (in faith).
لا تَسُبُّوا الأمْواتَ فَتُؤْذُوا الأحْياءَ.
(475) Do not curse the dead, for it annoys the living.
لا تَسُبُّوا الأمْواتَ فَاِنَّهُمْ قَدْ أفْضَوْا إلى ما قَدَّمُوا.
(476) Do not curse the dead, for they have reached what they have
sent ahead.
لا تَمْسَحْ يَدَكَ بِثَوْبِ مَنْ لا تَكْسُوهُ.
(477) Do not demand a penny from whom you have not offered a penny
to.
لا تُطَلِّقُوا النِّساءَ إلاّ مِنْ رَيْبَةٍ؛ فَاِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يُحِبُّ
الذَّواقينَ وَلا الذَّوَّاقَات.
(478) Do not divorce your wives unless you are
suspicious about them, for God does not like men and women who marry a lot.
ما كَرِهْتَ أنْ يَرَاهُ النَّاسُ مِنْكَ فَلا تَفْعَلْهُ بِنَفْسِكَ اِذا
خَلَوْتَ.
(479) Do not do in privacy what you like people not to see in you(in
public).
لا تَشْرَبُوا الخَمْرَ فَاِنَّها مِفْتاحُ كُلِّ شَرٍّ.
(480) Do not drink wine, for it’s the key to all evils.
لا تُطعِمُوا المَساكينَ مِمَّا لا تَأْكُلُونَ.
(481) Do not feed the poor on the things you don’t eat yourselves.
لا تُرَوِّعُوا المُسْلِمَ فَإِنَّ رَوْعَةَ المُسْلِمِ ظُلْمٌ عَظيمٌ.
(482) Do not frighten a Muslim, for it’s great injustice.
لا تَغْضَبْ؛ فَاِنَّ الغَضَبَ مَفْسَدَةٌ.
(483) Do not get angry, for it entails evil.
لا تَكْرَهُوا البَناتِ فَإِنَّهُنَّ المُونِسَاتُ.
(484) Do not hate (your) daughters, for they’re the cause of comfort.
لا تباغَضُوا ولا تَدَابَرُوا وَلا تَنافَسُوا وكُونُوا عِبادَ اللَّهِ
اِخْوَانَاً.
(485) Do not hate each other, do not turn your back to each other,
and do not envy one another.O servants of God! Be brothers (in faith).
لا تُؤْذُوا مُسلِماً بِشَتْمِ كَافِرٍ.
(486) Do not hurt a Muslim by insulting an infidel.
لا تَشْغَلُوا قُلُوبَكُمْ بِذِكْرِ الدُّنْيا.
(487) Do not indulge your hearts in this material world.
لا تَسُبُّوا الشَّيْطانَ وَتَعَوَّذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ شَرِّهِ.
(488) Do not insult Satan, and take refuge with God from his evil.
لا تَسُبُّوا الدَّهْرَ فَاِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الدَّهْرُ.
(489) Do not insult Time, for Time is surely God.
لا تَمَزَحْ فَيَذْهَبَ بَهاؤُكَ وَلا تَكْذِبْ فَيَذْهَبَ نُورُكَ.
(490) Do not joke (a lot) for it makes your worth vanish, and do not
tell lie for it makes your light finish.
(491) Do not keep company with the foolish.
لا تُكْثِرِ الضِّحْكَ؛ فَاِنَّ كَثْرَةَ الضِّحْكِ تُميتُ القَلْبَ.
(492) Do not laugh excessively, for it makes (your) heart wither.
لا تَضَعُوا الحِكْمَةَ عِنْدَ غَيْرِ أهْلِها فَتَظْلِمُوها وَلا تَمْنَعُوْها
أهْلَها فَتَظْلِمُوهُمْ.
(493) Do not leave wisdom to the unwise, and do not withhold it from
the wise, for both these will be injustice to it.
اِذا جَامَعَ أَحَدُكُمْ زَوْجَتَهُ أَوْ جَارِيَتَهُ فَلا يَنْظُرْ اِلى
فَرْجِها؛ فَاِنَّ ذلِكَ يُورِثُ الْعَمَى.
(494) Do not look at your wives’ or bond women’s vulvas when having
sexual intercourse with them, for it is a cause of blindness.
لا تُمِيْتُوا القُلُوبَ بِكَثْرَةِ الطَّعامِ وَالشَّرابِ؛ فَاِنَّ القَلْبَ
يَمُوتُ
كَالزَّرْعِ اِذا
كَثُرَ عَلَيْهِ
المَاءُ.
(495) Do not make your hearts die of drinking and eating excessively,
for they’re like unto farms dying of over-irrigation.
لا تُخيفُوا أنْفُسَكُمْ بالدِّينِ.
(496) Do not make yourself afraid of religion.
لا تَزَوَّجَنَّ عَجُوزاً وَلا عَاقِراً فَاِنِّي مُكاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الاُمَمَ.
(497) Do not marry barren or old women, for I take pride in your
greater population (as compared with others’).
لا تُجارّ أخاكَ وَلا تُشارِّه وَلا تُمارِهِ.
(498) Do not postpone your brethren’s affairs, do not be hostile to
them, and do not contend with them.
اِدْرَؤُا الْحُدُودَ بِالشُّبَهاتِ؛ وَأَقِيلُوا الْكِرَامَ عَثَرَاتِهمْ اِلاّ
في حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللَّهِ.
(499) Do not punish people when you are doubtful (about their
faults), and be oblivious to the great men’s blunders, unless (the
punishment) is divinely prescribed.
لا تَخْرِقَنَّ عَلى أحَدٍ سِتْراً.
(500) Do not put anyone to shame.
لا تَكَلَّفُوا لِلضَّيْفِ.
(501) Do not put yourself into trouble for guests.
أَجِيْبُوا الدَّاعِيَ وَلا تَرُدُّوا الْهَدِيَّةَ؛ وَلا تَضْرِبُوا
الْمُسْلِميْنَ.
(502) Do not reject invitations, accept gifts and beat not Muslims.
مَنْ بَدأَ بِالْكَلامِ قَبْلَ السَّلامِ فَلا تُجِيْبُوهُ.
(503) Do not respond to the one who starts speaking without greeting.
لا تَرْضَيَنَّ أحَداً بِسُخْطِ اللَّهِ، وَلا تَحْمَدَنَّ أحَداً عَلى فَضْلِ
اللَّهِ، وَلا تَذُمَّنَّ أحَداً عَلى ما لَمْ يُؤْتِكَ اللَّهُ؛ فَاِنَّ رِزْقَ
اللَّهِ لا يَسُوقُهُ اِلَيْكَ حِرْصُ حَريصٍ؛ وَلا تَرُدُّهُ عَنْكَ كَراهَةُ
كارِهٍ.
(504) Do not seek anybody’s satisfaction by causing God’s anger, do
not praise anyone for God’s grace on him, and do not blame anyone for the
things God has not given you, for sustenance from God will not reach you
through the greedy’s greed, nor will anyone’s discontent ward off your
(destined) sustenance.
لا تَجْلِسُوا بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ اِلاّ بِاِذْنِهِما.
(505) Do not sit between two persons without their permission.
اِرْفَعُوْا الْسِنَتَكُمْ عَنِ الْمُسْلِمِيْنَ؛ وَاِذا مَاتَ أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ
فَقُولُوا فِيهِ خَيْرَاً.
(506) Do not slander Muslims, and when one of them passes away,
speak well of him (her).
لا تَحْلِفْ بِاللَّهِ كَاذِبَاً وَلا صَادِقَاً مِنْ غَيْرِ ضَرُورَةٍ وَلا
تَجْعَلِ اللَّهَ عُرْضَةً لِيَمِينِكَ؛ فَاِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يَرْحَمُ وَلا
يَرْعى مَنْ حَلَفَ بِاسْمِه كاذِبَاً.
(507) Do not swear by God unnecessarily, being it true or false, and
do not make God the means of your swearing, for He will neither be
merciful nor attentive to the one who falsely swears by Him.
لا تَأْلُوا عَلى اللَّهِ فَاِنَّه مَنْ تألَّى عَلى اللَّهِ أَكْذَبَهُ
اللَّهُ.
(508) Do not swear by God, for if one does so, God will surely
belie him.
لا تَسْتَبْطِؤُا الرِّزْقَ؛ فَاِنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ عَبْدٌ لِيَمُوتَ حَتَّى
يَبْلُغَهُ آخِرُ رِزْقٍ هُوَ لَهُ، فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأجْمِلُوا في
الطَّلَبِ؛ أخْذَ الحَلالِ وَتَرْكَ الحَرامِ.
(509) Do not think that your sustenance comes to you late, for no
creature dies before receiving the last bit of his/her (destined)
sustenance.So, fear God and be moderate in seeking sustenance,i.e.in taking
the lawful and avoiding the unlawful.
ما كَرِهْتَهُ لِنَفْسِكَ فَاكْرَهْهُ لِغَيْرِكَ وَما أحْبَبْتَهُ لِنَفْسِكَ
فَأحِبَّهُ لأخِيْكَ.
(510) Do not wish for others what you wish not for yourself, and wish
for your brother(in faith) what you wish for yourself.
أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ الاِسْلامَ يَهْدِمُ مَا كانَ قَبْلَهُ وَأَنَّ
الْهِجْرَةَ تَهْدِمُ مَا كانَ قَبْلَها وَأَنَّ الْحَجَّ يَهْدِمُ مَا كانَ
قَبْلَهُ؟
(511) Do not you know that Islam, Migration (to Medina) and
Hajj destroy whatever have been practiced prior to them?
تَدْرُونَ ما يَقُولُ الأَسَدُ في زَئِيْرِهِ ؟ يَقُولُ: أللَّهُمَّ لا
تُسَلِّطْنِي عَلى أحَدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ المَعْرُوفِ.
(512) Do you know what a lion in its roar says? it says, “O God! Let
me not win over benevolent people.”
أَتَدْرُونَ مَا الْعِضَةُ؟ نَقْلُ الْحَديثِ مِنْ بَعْضِ النَّاسِ اِلى بَعْضٍ
لِيُفْسِدُوا بَيْنَهُمْ.
(513) Do you know what tale-bearing is? It’s to narrate one’s
sayings to others and break their relationship.
أَتَحْسَبُونَ الشِّدَّةَ فِي حَمْلِ الْحِجارَةِ؛ اِنَّمَا الشِّدَّةُ أَنْ
يَمْتَلِيَ أَحَدُكُمْ غيْظَاً ثُمَّ يَغْلِبَهُ.
(514) Do you think (man’s) strength lies in carrying stones? No, it
lies in bearing anger and wrath when in him they rise.
أَخْلِصُوا أَعْمَالَكُمْ للَّهِِ فَاِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يَقْبَلُ اِلاّ مَا خَلَصَ
لَهُ.
(515) Do your actions for God with purity of intent, for He only
accepts sincere deeds.
الشِّرْكُ الخَفِيُّ أنْ يَعْمَلَ الرَّجُلُ لِمَكَانِ الرَّجُلِ.
(516) Doing another man's jobs (obligatorily) is hidden polytheism on
the part of the latter.
رَغِمَ أنْفَهُ، ثُمَّ رَغِمَ أنْفَهُ، ثُمَّ رَغِمَ أنْفَهُ مَنْ أدْرَكَ
أبَوَيْهِ عِنْدَهُ الكِبَرُ أحَدَهُمَا أوْ كِلَيْهِمَا ثُمَّ لَمْ يَدْخُلِ
الجَنَّةَ.
(517) Down with the one, down with the one and down
with the one whose parents, or one of them, reach old age in his
lifetime but he cannot make of himself a resident of Paradise.
الرُّؤْيَا ثَلاثَةٌ: فَبُشْرَى مِنَ اللَّهِ وَحَدِيْثُ النَّفْسِ وَتَخْوِيْفٌ
مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ.فَاِذا رَأى أحَدُكُمْ رُؤْيَا تُعْجِبُهُ فَلْيَقُصَّهَا إنْ
شاءَ وَإنْ رَأى شَيْئَاً يَكْرَهُهُ فَلا يَقُصَّهُ عَلى أحَدٍ وَلْيَقُمْ
يُصَلِّي.
(518) Dreams are of three kinds: God’s good tidings, reflection of
one’s deeds and Satan’s threat. When one of you has a good dream, s(he) can
narrate it to others if s(he) so wills, and should the reverse happens, s(he)
has to narrate it to nobody, rising instead to prayer.
الرُّؤْيَا ثَلاثَةٌ: مِنْهَا تَهَاوِيْلٌ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ لِيَحْزُنَ ابْنَ
آدَمَ، وَمِنْهَا مَا يَهِمُّ بِهِ الرَّجُلُ في يَقْظَتِهِ فَيَرَاهُ في
مَنَامِهِ، وَمِنْهَا جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأرْبَعِيْنَ جُزْءً مِنَ
النُّبُوَّةِ.
(519) Dreams are of three kinds: Satan’s threat to sadden the son of
Adam, man’s wishes during the day dreamt at night, and one part of the
forty-six parts comprising prophethood.
